We are happy to inform you that the process of implementing our new bookkeeping-financial system is being completed. The purchase and implementation of the system has been enabled by the European Union financial support within the framework of European Regional Development Fund Innovative Economy 2007-2013 Measure 8.2. Support for the implementation of electronic business of the B2B type. In consideration of your time and comfort we offer new solutions to enhance and accelerate services provided to you by our accounting firm.

When logging into our internet portal you are given the possibility of viewing your company's data in the financial and bookkeeping system (the data may be exported in XLS, PDF and doc formats), including:

• current tax office and ZUS liabilities,
• settlements with clients, including the information about early settlements,
• sales volume with a possibility of sorting and filtering data based on specific parameters,
• business cost level,
• balance of cash as well as movements on the account and cash flow movements,
• fixed asset account,
• balance sheet and income statement as well as other reports configured at your request where data may come directly from ledgers

You will also have permanent access to the data exchange platform “ifolder”, which enables fast and easy transmission and downloading of document images between your company and our accounting firm, including:

• transmitting document images in electronic form generated in your commercial systems to our accounting firm, which will reduce the time devoted to implement these documents into the financial – bookkeeping system and will allow for faster access to information about business results and current tax liabilities
• transmitting bank statements in electronic form, which will reduce their registration and bookkeeping time in our financial and bookkeeping system
• downloading all kinds of documents prepared for you by the employees of our accounting firm
